This video is a 15-minute energizing yoga sequence, great for mornings when you don’t have much time to work out, but you still want to get some movement. The sequence is roughly based on sun salutation. It is great for all levels, please take modifications or pause whenever you need it. We are going to move pretty fast, connecting breath to the movement, so it’s best if you know most common yoga poses already, it’s just going to be easier for you to follow the sequence.
